Alexander’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations and executive education at Columbia Business School in New York, where he completed advanced programs in strategy and leadership. Manuel Numrich – is a German-qualified lawyer and, for almost 20 years, professionally focusing on corporate law. His strong track record predominantly comprises both cross boarder M&A transactions as well as venture capital deals. Manuel was born and raised in Hamburg, and for the last 15 years located in Berlin. As a founding partner of the Berlin-based law firm LLA, he advises international investors and private wealth individuals.

Anders Mathis is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant, with more than 20 years of experience in auditing, CFO advisory, and financial consulting. He began his career at Deloitte, where he spent over six years as an Audit Manager, advising both SMEs and publicly listed companies. He later served as Head of External Reporting at Petroplus, a Swiss-listed company, where he was responsible for IFRS compliance and corporate disclosures. Anders held CFO roles at fast-growing firms including Astra media and KMU-Factory AG, gaining hands-on operational experience before co-founding his own firms. In 2011, he founded Finaservices AG, providing comprehensive accounting, tax, HR administration, and startup support services to clients across Switzerland. He later co-founded BCM Audit & Advisory AG, an independent auditing and consulting firm known for its precision, reliability, and personal service. He holds certifications as a Swiss CPA and IFRS Accountant.
